Keeping stock of products
In PlanPine it is possible to easily keep track of the stock of products. Find out here how to do it.
With products you often want that they cannot be bought again once the stock has been provided. To enable this feature on a product, add a new product at Settings > Products and enable the inventory tracking field when creating the product.
Then a new field called stock will appear and you can enter the initial value.
Is it not on with a product yet? When editing a product, exactly the same applies as above.
When a new load of books arrives, the stock must be replenished.
This can be done by going to the relevant product and clicking on the 123 button.
The following form will open:
If you enter 10 (can be any other number), the stock is increased by 10. With -10, the stock is reduced by 10. The stock of a product is reduced when the product is invoiced.
